Professor Mei-Po Kwan is the winner of the 2016 E. Willard and Ruby S. Miller Award from the American Association of Geographers (AAG). Mei-Po is the CPGIS President of 2014-2015. The award "recognizes members of the Association who have made truly outstanding contributions to the geographic field due to their special competence in teaching or research."
